We ship freight free to addresses in NZ, Australia and Singapore.
However we reserve the right not to offer delivery to areas where our forwarders do not offer a regular delivery service or where delivery is impractical.
NZ CUSTOMERS:
Generally we use Fastway Couriers within NZ. You should allow 2 to 5 working days using this service.
Delivery has to be to a physical address, not to a PO Box.
We will put special delivery instructions on the shipment if you request.
Please provide a delivery address that is secure.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
We use a NZ Post Courier service to Australian destinations. You should allow 3-6 days for delivery.
Delivery can be a physical address or a PO Box in main centres.
If possible please provide a telephone number with your order.
Under the current rules, Import consignments valued at less than AUD$1,000 can be imported into Australia free of customs duty and import GST.
If your order is over AUD$1000 then you may be contacted by Australian Customs to pay import duties.
Clients may prefer to split larger orders into several smaller ones valued under AUD$1,000
In all cases customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes will be the clients responsibility.
SINGAPOREAN CUSTOMERS:
We use a NZ Post Courier service to Singaporean destinations. You should allow 3-6 days for delivery.
Delivery can be a physical address or a PO Box.
Please provide a telephone number with your order.
